There are two types of packages; Basic & Premium package.
What's the difference? Basic Package is for simple cutting with layer limitations. If you wish to order this package, please expect that it won't be suitable for advanced rigging but only for basic type of rigging. Premium Package is for precise and detailed cutting, suitable for advanced and detailed rigging. Please download the attached PSD File on this website for sample & guide.♡ HOW TO ORDER ♡STEP 1

If the slot is available, fill the following form attached on the twitter post.STEP 3
Forms will be closed after 24 Hours. Wait for order confirmation the next day. An email and DM will be sent.
+ No Email or DM means the order was not confirmed.
+ Unconfirmed orders will re-submit a form again if you still wished to order.STEP 4

After the art illustration was finished, a Google drive folder will be sent through email & DM. Please expect that revisions will have additional fees.

Note: (1) This is not First come, First Served basis. The artist has the right to pick which commission they're comfortable to work with. This is to avoid future problems.
(2) Always read the Terms & Conditions before proceeding on submitting the form.
(3) Strictly no cancellations. The artist has the right to blacklist the customer and sell the finished model they ordered if they failed to pay after the art was sent or cancelled the commission while on the process of doing it.You'll receive a VIP membership card of Koneko Maid Cafe if your order was confirmed and finished. ♡ If you chose baby angel style, please don't sexualize it. I have the right to decline if it's used for that purpose. I can do mature art styles when informed.

♡ Please be patient with me. Art takes a lot of patience and time. My process usually goes from brainstorming ideas -> sketch -> different attempts on lineart (trial & error) -> coloring -> polishing.

♡ Is there any waitlists? No. I don't do any waitlists since they get unprioritized and I'm unable to track them.
♡ How can I track my order's progress? There's a google sheet progress tracker available on my website.
♡ Do you accept payment plans? No. Payment should be paid in full after the illustration is finished. For premium packages, assurance fee of 10 USD is needed. This will prevent future cancellations.
♡ Can I re-sell the illustration? Yes. You can only sell it the same price.
♡ Do you offer rigging too? No. I have knowledge and skills on rigging but I'm not planning to open one.
♡ I'm quite confused with the website. Where can I ask for clarifications? All the information you need to know
is already included in this form (prices, commission type, & etc.). Please DM @konekomaidcafe on twitter or send an email to konekomaidcafe@gmail.com if you have more questions. A maid will assist you.
