♡ Revisions have limitations. If not satisfied with the outcome of my own way of cutting on the finished product, please add 20 USD for revision: more fixed/detailed cutting.

♡ Please be patient with me. Art takes a lot of patience and time. My process usually goes from brainstorming ideas -> sketch -> different attempts on lineart (trial & error) -> coloring -> polishing.

♡ Is there any waitlists? No. I don't do any waitlists since they get unprioritized and I'm unable to track them.
♡ How can I track my order's progress? There's a google sheet progress tracker available on my website.
♡ Do you accept payment plans? No. Payment should be paid in full after the illustration is finished. For premium packages, assurance fee of 10 USD is needed. This will prevent future cancellations.
♡ Can I re-sell the illustration? Yes. You can only sell it the same price.
♡ Do you offer rigging too? No. I have knowledge and skills on rigging but I'm not planning to open one.
♡ I'm quite confused with the website. Where can I ask for clarifications? All the information you need to know
is already included in this form (prices, commission type, & etc.). Please DM @konekomaidcafe on twitter or send an email to [email protected] if you have more questions. A maid will assist you.
